At The Wok Store, we sell woks , pre-seasoned by a professional Cantonese chef , recently retired from Silks restaurant at Crown as well as working at The Flower drum.

The result is not a perfect looking $300 wok, but a perfectly seasoned, perfectly working wok that will help you achieve that delicious “wok hei ” Chinese food taste. The wok will last a lifetime, and unlike many other woks, will only get better with age !

    Hi,
    On a daily basis I am usually cooking for 2 only. It is only when I entertain then I need to cook bigger batches of food. Would it be more practical for me to buy a medium flat bottom pre-seasoned cast-iron wok? Or should I buy a 41cm wok?
    What is your recommendation?

      A medium round bottom will work. We currently do not sell the flat bottom woks

    Hello. Just wonding which is better between the flat bottom or the round bottom? I’m finding hard to decide. And do you flat bottoms only come in the small size?

      If you’re looking for a wok that my parents would use, then I’d go the traditional chinese woks with round bottoms.

      The flat bottom woks are a more modern pan, suitable for induction cooktops.
